I recognize that in this day and age, it's unusual to actually write to someone and discuss what you're ordering, but I'm a craftsman and I create a custom product, so answering questions, discussing options, and communicating throughout the process is normal. I'm not particular about the way you e-mail me. I try to be as informal as possible, so if you have questions, feel free to ask them, I’ll do my best to get back to you in a timely manner.

For mail order commissions: 

If you have a professionally made dental cast, or a way to acquire one, contact me and I'll let you know what else I need to complete your order.

If you do not have a cast of your teeth, I include the option to get a Do-It-Yourself Casting Kit for free with any order. This includes the materials to create a negative mold and positive cast of your teeth, along with detailed instructions, and an Order form that will allow you to easily include all information I need.
